After the success of the beautification of the south mall and the intersection at Park Royal, the north mall was given a similar contemporary feel.  From the glass panels on the parking deck to the higher quality furnishings and paving fixtures, the entire north mall was updated.  Additional parking and trees on the parkade roof were added as well.
