The Pivotal building at 858 Beaty Street in Vancouver, BC is an 8 story mid-rise office building that was completed in 2003.   The bulk of the landscape was created on the roof deck of the parking below and includes a multisurface play court, meditative gardens, a small putting green and public art.  The roof deck connects the sidewalk to BC Place.
